Enclosure 2.
Hon. Colonial Secretary,
C.O
36083
When the Attorney-Gente appears in any
case Counsel's fees are included in my bill of costs. The amount of the fees allowed by the Registrar on taxation varies in ac- cordance with the importance of the case the labour entailed on Counsel in preparing his argument and the time occupied in Court. When the amount allowed as Counsel's fees is recovered it is paid by me into the Treasury.
(Sd.) B. L. Dennys,
Acting Crown Solicitor.
